Your group has its own reserved space in our Alpine Lodge – a timber-lined bar and hall built to feel like a genuine ski lodge in Austria, with a live stage and a bar of its own. It is warm, it is loud in the best way, and it is nothing like a hotel function suite.

food on the night, so vegetarians, vegans and fussy eaters all sort themselves out without you chasing anybody in advance.
Our traders serve Bavarian hot dogs from the Swing Grill, smash burgers, Greek gyros, Chinese, loaded fries, and our Yorkshire Pudding Christmas Wrap — turkey, stuffing and all the trimmings in a giant Yorkshire pudding.
It is Christmas dinner without the seating plan.
For dessert there are churros, loaded doughnuts, crêpes and toasted marshmallows.
Then there is everything else: an hour on the ice, the Observation Wheel lit up against the night sky, an illuminated journey to the “North Pole”, and the rides and rollercoasters running until close.
A quiet word of advice — book Monday to Thursday if you can. The site is calmer, there is no queue for the rink or the wheel, and your group effectively has the run of the place.

The Alpine Lodge
Built to a standard that genuinely convinces — timber-lined, warm, and a world away from a
function room with a projector screen. There is a live stage, a bar of its own, long bench tables for
big groups and buttoned Chesterfield lounges for smaller ones. Your table is your base for four
hours.

Our stage runs Friday to Sunday as standard. We can put it on for a midweek date for £350 — included free for midweek bookings of 25 or more.

Every package is priced to sit within the £150 per head HMRC annual staff function exemption* — great for small and large businesses, and for rewarding and valuing your colleagues.
*The £150 allowance covers all of a company’s staff events in the tax year. Please check with your accountant.
