Winter Wonderland Norwich is delighted to announce the return of its Christmas Market at the Norfolk Showground, bringing even more festive shopping and Christmas magic to East Anglia this year.
Last year, we welcomed more than 120,000 visitors from across East Anglia and beyond, creating a fantastic opportunity for local and independent businesses to put their products in front of a large and engaged audience.
As part of this year’s experience, our Christmas Market will feature a selection of stalls, approximately 3m x 2.5m, located in a high-footfall area that guests will pass through as they arrive and leave the event.
We are now inviting applications from stallholders offering unique, high-quality gifts, products and festive treats who would like to be part of Winter Wonderland Norwich and help create a vibrant Christmas shopping experience for our visitors.

Trading Days
Traders are required to operate daily from Friday 20 November through to Sunday 28 December, excluding Christmas Day. Opening hours will vary throughout the event, so please refer to our website for the latest opening times.
Booked retail traders are also welcome to continue trading from 29 December through to 3 January 2027 at no additional cost, giving you the opportunity to take advantage of the increased footfall during the Christmas and New Year period.
Costs from £300 per Week
Retail traders will be provided with one empty market stall supplied with a power supply. Stalls will be decorated with a row of festoon lighting but may be temporarily decorated with non permanent decorations/signage.
Traders will also be required to provide their own padlocks to secure their stall.

Please note: On this occasion, we are not accepting catering vendors.
Insurance + Health & Safety
We require all traders to have the relevant insurances. Winter Wonderland Norwich may request to see documents before trading and will not be held responsible for any damages and losses incurred during the event.
Stalls are lockable. stock left at trader’s own risk. The site is locked down each evening.
Individual Fire Extinguisher(s) will be required, although sitewide extinguishers are provided in case of an emergency.
