Yes, a much improved parking facility available on site. 

Ice Skating tickets purchased online include Winter Wonderland admission, there is no time limit on your visit.
Non Skaters must purchase admission tickets, £4pp online or £5pp on the day. Children 3 and under enter free.

Skating on the day will be payable in in full and subject to availability, in addition to entry charge.

Rides, Roller Coasters, Giant Wheel, Attractions, Game Stalls, Santas Grotto are payable per use. These facilities require Ride Credits, these can be purchased in advance online or during your visit. 

Entry tickets allow an all day stay, we advise wrapping up with warm layered outdoor clothing, where possible wear non slip flat shoes or boots.

Bookings is not compulsory. However, it is highly recommended as some activities like skating get booked up very quickly.

£1 per each tokens are available on site or in advance online. 

Token booths will close 15 minutes before site closing time each evening. Ride tokens non refundable, can be spent any day for the duration of the event.

Credits can be used any day throughout the event.
Example: You purchase 100 credits and only use 92 during your visit, you will keep the remaining 8 credits to use on your return.

You will be able to purchase Ride tokens from the entrance gate on arrival also from various token booths around the site or you can pay directly using your debit or credit card. 

Paying for Skating on the day does not include event entry, £5 entry charge is payable in addition (no charge for Children 3 and under).

Select the time your preferred skate time, this is when you will be on the Ice.

Skating time is 45 minutes.

You need to arrive at the boot exchange least 15 mins prior.

You can arrive at Winter Wonderland early and stay longer, there is no time limit on your visit.

What size Skates do you have?

Our sizes go from Junior 8 to adult size 15. During busy sessions we may run out of certain skate sizes, we will always endeavour to provide a suitable alternative but please be aware skates are available on a first come first served basis.

We also have dual blade bob skates available for skaters with shoes size junior 8 – junior 11 (we have a limited number available on a first come first served basis.)

Yes you can however these must not be speed skates.

Yes we do, these are available at £5 per session on a first come first served basis.

Yes we are accessible to everyone. Please note that electric wheelchair users may need to switch into manual mode. We also advise that wheelchair users are accompanied on the ice by a carer or personal assistant. If you have any questions during your visit to the ice please ask to speak to the duty manager.

Unfortunately not, for your safety and the safety of others we do not allow devices such as phones, cameras, tablets etc on the ice.

Yes all booths, we prefer contactless, all Food outlets, Bars and Market Stalls except Debit and Credit.

We will allow for late arrivals and do our best to get you on the next session (subject to availability)

We do not allow dogs onto the event site, however guidance Dogs are permitted and we do have a water bowls available.Please note that Winter Wonderland can be very busy and noisy so may not be a suitable environment for Dogs.

Yes we do, safety is our main priority, we want everyone to feel safe and enjoy the event. On occasion our security team may carry out bag checks and there are restrictions on items we allow on site.

During your visit we ask you remain vigilant, do not to leave bags or belongings unattended.

Any article that may be used or perceived as a weapon that may compromise public safety
Open bottles of drink/liquid (Unopened bottles of water will be accepted)

A bit of rain won’t stop us, Winter Wonderland is an outdoor event so please make sure you wrap up warm! There are some covered areas and some indoor seating.

In the event of extreme adverse weather (high winds etc) we may need to close the site at short notice – wherever possible we will advertise this on our social media channels but please be aware that when we close for safety reasons there may be limited notice.

We operate a challenge 25 policy at the event so when purchasing alcohol if you look under 25 you will be asked for valid identification to confirm that you are aged 18 plus.

Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol in from off site and any alcoholic drinks purchased on site must be consumed before leaving the event site.

One carer may enter free when accompanying a disabled person. If you require a carers entry ticket please ensure that you have suitable proof available (PIP / DLA letter etc) to show at the entry booth.

Customers and their Carers should assess their own abilities and make an informed decision about which attractions they are able to or wish to use.

We always try our best to be as inclusive as possible, however certain rides and attractions are physically demanding and vigorous. We therefore reserve the right to refuse admission to any ride or attraction should we feel there is an unacceptable risk to your safety, or the safety of others should they participate. Our ride operators and team members are always available to assist and advise in any way they can.

Yes the Showground toilets will be open to guests throughout our opening times.
