Job Description
Join Santa’s team as an Elf and help bring the magic of Christmas to life for children and families visiting Santa’s Enchanted Grotto.
The role will involve performing in a pre-show, welcoming and interacting with visitors, remaining in character, guiding families through the experience and taking official photographs to capture their special Christmas memories.
Pay
Above Minimum Wave (Depending on Experience)
Key Responsibilities
No previous experience is necessary — full training will be provided.
- Perform as an Elf in the pre-show and interact with children and families.
- Welcome and engage with members of the public in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Stay in character and help maintain the Christmas magic.
- Take official photographs of families and children during their visit.
- Support Santa and the wider Elf team throughout the visitor experience.
- Help create a fun, magical and memorable experience.
- Follow all health, safety and safeguarding procedures.
- Work as part of a team in a busy, public-facing environment.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for people who are:
- Friendly, confident and enthusiastic.
- Comfortable performing and interacting with the public.
- Happy taking official photographs.
- Fun, energetic and able to use their imagination.
- Reliable, professional and team-focused.
- Flexible, with an opportunity and willingness to take on additional hours when required.
- Able to maintain the Christmas magic throughout their shift.
Most importantly, you must love Christmas and enjoy making magical memories!
