Thank you for your interest in Winter Wonderland Norwich.

First of all, please accept our apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We were overwhelmed by the number of applications we received for our Elf positions and have been taking the time to work out the best way to process all applications as fairly as possible.

We are now contacting selected applicants to request some additional information, with a view to inviting successful applicants to an audition on Sunday 11 October at 10am. With a limited number of positions available and a high volume of applications, this process allows us to save time and avoid unnecessary travel for everyone involved.

If you are still interested in the position, please complete the following form by 10am on Tuesday 6 October 2026

We will invite successful applicants to an audition. If you have not heard from us by Friday 9th September, you have been unsuccessful.

If you are no longer interested, there is no need to do anything. You can simply ignore this email and we will not take your application any further.

Thank you again for your interest in joining the Winter Wonderland Norwich team. We look forward to hearing from you.
